Question:
What is the pricing structure for design services?
Answer:
Pricing varies greatly from site to site. It largely depends on the man-hours that must be put into the project. We do not have a set hourly rate, but via the Request Info link you can get an estimate from us for the cost. After more discussion with the client, we give a price quote, and promise never to charge more than the quoted price.
Question:
Do I pay before or after the design is complete?
Answer:
Both. Once a price is decided on, a 15% deposit is required. The rest of the payment is made after the final design is approved by the client after seeing a watermarked image version of it.
Question:
Doesn't it bother you when a client does not purchase the design once it is completed?
Answer:
Not really. It gives us an opportunity to use the design for another client that likes it, for a much reduced price.
Question:
Do I recieve the source code once a design is finished?
Answer:
Yes, an archive file with source code will be sent to the client.
